I located this shop on google. The lady that answered my call to set an appointment was nice. But the quality of my nails are not great and service was not the normal timeframe to complete a full set (meaning too slow). The tech was not able to freestyle a design (I was told she needs 1-2 weeks to practice on designs when request) and unable to provide certain jewels requested. But there customer service was great. Just wanted to give someone who may be looking for a nail salon when not in their own city to think twice before going. They can do simple nails but nothing fancy.

I came here for a pedicure and the lady who worked on my feet was amazing. However, the other staff member Vivian was beyond disrespectful to my sister and her child. She did not offer her anything to drink, she had an attitude with her the entire time, and just before walking out she looks at my niece and says, “Hey, hey, go home.” I could not believe what just came out of her mouth. They should not be letting their employees speak to anyone in this manner, just disgusting! I will never be visiting this nail salon again.

I love this place been going there for years and I love tiff she does my pedicure. One thing I dnt like they are under staffed I hate to be told come back 2 days from now… or try to get u to do another thing that ur not asking for. Plus I hate the feeling when they speak in their language and u know they are talking about u. Just because the husband and wife have business dnt mean you should push ur walk ins away.

This place has gone straight to hell within the past couple of years. Not sure if it changed ownership or what but they don’t want to help by saying that they are busy, lost the best waxer I’ve ever had (Kathy I think was her name) and can’t keep a new one. Open late half the time and once they do, the employees are late! I got there this morning at 10:04 for a simple polish change, the male owner (I assume) was the only one there. He turned me away with the excuse that he can’t do my toes (still not clear as to why) and whenI asked about my nails, he said he just got there and had to set up. I asked when someone else would be there and he didn’t know. I left. Came back 30 mins later and It’s 3 techs (him included) now I’m told that they are booked and I have to come back in the afternoon. I bet you are a LIE! NEVER AGAIN!!

Best Nail Salon!!! I been going to the same place since 1998!! Nick & Nina are great people..I had to move 30 minutes away and i still drive to Grand Prairie to get my nails done, I refuse to go to anyone else!! Nick is the best!!!
