I’m giving a 1 star because she hurt me while she was doing my nails. Plus I asked if they could do something to match my dress then they did something completely different. The paint is chipping off and they sticker they put on is almost complete gone. I had the worst experience because they were also talking behind my back.

HEADS UP!!!!!!! If you want to get your nails done (had appointments) by technicians who give you two seconds to choose a nail color, constantly starting and stopping, being told to control hand tremors, absolutely no relaxation, not able to ask questions or want nail designs and overall treated like an annoyance……… This is the place for you.

Critical: QualityMultiple issues… The nail polish seemed old, so she kept having to paint a nail or two at a time and had me put it back in the UV light. Before she started she used an electric filer and grinded all the way around my nails and now I have a deep groove in each of my nails that I will have to let grow all the way out. It looks terrible. And when she started my manicure she didn’t ask anything about what length I wanted to keep my real nails and just started cutting them off. I also like square nails and she didn’t even ask. Because of the old nail polish, the nails looked bumpy and unprofessional. I have done better manicures on my own at home. Multiple issues… The nail polish seemed old, so she kept having to paint a nail or two at a time and had me put it back in the UV light. My friend recently got her nails done and when i tell you her nails were so bad they were soooooo bad they look like a traffic cone. They gave her the wrong color and it took them 2 hours to get service with an appointment. This salon is horrific ⚠️DO NOT GO HERE⚠️

I could feel the grit from who knows how many others before me. After several times of choosing a nail color I finally picked one they had available. Word of advice do some inventory or label the samples as out of stock. The staff was condescending and actually quite rude. Our experience was absolutely the worst! The whole establishment was disgusting, as not clean. I could feel the grit from who knows how many others before me. After several times of choosing a nail color I finally picked one they had available. Word of advice do some inventory or label the samples as out of stock.
