Would not recommend this nail salon. Due to the length of my nails the technician would not provide service. The picture shows the condition of my nails when I went for service. This salon is located in a tourist area. Length choice should be the client’s choice. My natural nails are long. I’ve never visited a nail salon that didn’t know how to fill in long nails. The length of my nails are not at a curve length. Meaning they are not long to the point that they curve. Was product a problem? The salon doesn’t want to service long nails due to the amount of acrylic that will be used. The is false, their most recent upload from 2/2022 was a photo of Valentine’s styled nails with a similar length as mine. This highlights some concern. The salon is not a small business. They are a family business. I am extremely family oriented. Did they judge me off my appearance? What was the reason? I was not rude. They have been in operation for a decent length of time. Most Korean salons have both gender operating their business deets. Most Koreans are very intelligent. Taking these facts into consideration the women refusing to service me was distasteful. Supporting a business with such indifferences further fuels the behavior. This is extremely inexcusable and doesn’t display quality service in the industry.

Took my daughter here for a girls day out to get our nails done because the reviews for it were pretty good, wasn’t busy at all which was surprising for a saturday so they sat us down right away. Didn’t get nothing fancy just gel nail polish but my daughter loved it and I also enjoyed it, definitely will be returning next time I’d like to get my nails pampered! Also they offer a discount for paying with cash!

Positive: QualityI have been to this location a few times now. They have nailed it every single time and the quality of polish/dip is great. I have not had problems with pealing and my nails seem to last a good 3 weeks. My mother, myself, and my daughter go here every two weeks for our nails. They are always so friendly, and make us feel so comfortable. They always have the funniest shows playing so I’m not bored sitting there. They have so many colors to pick from. They also give a 10% discount if you pay cash. I love that because it’s hard to find a good service for a decent prize. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!

Do not go here. Ive been getting my nails done here for a little less than a year and every time i go, the service gets worse. I’ve had my last set for a little over a week and 3 nails have already fallen off. I called to see if they would fix them, but I have to pay since it’s been “more than a few days”. You’re telling me acrylics are only supposed to last a week? Good joke. I love the nail artists but the owner has some work to do on customer service.

Absolutely baffled at how I was treated today. I left crying, hurt, & the bond I had built with this company for the last 5 YEARS is DONE. I had been coming here for YEARS with awesome Experience. I called 45 mins earlier today made an appointment for a wax & set of acrylics. I was sat down by the daughter for my wax & nails, I was in here one month earlier with zero problems! I also tipped everytime I came in. Until now, when the mother noticed me & started to refuse service to me after I started to look at nails colors. She yelled at me by name & told me they wouldn’t do my nails. That is was to hard, but that doesn’t make much sense to me. Every other customer was looking at me also confused & in shock. I had made an appointment on the phone. They had chose to not honor it, & to treat a regular customer horribly. I will not be bringing my service back here. And I am done recommending it to others. You are better off taking your business else where because I wish I had spent my money at a different business now.
