my mom went here to get her nails done and she asked for coffin shape this is not what she asked for. Plus she kept telling them, and all they did was get mad instead of fixing their mistakes. i went here today (4/28/22) for french tips and a pedicure with a simple white nail polish. while i was there the only conversation there was was with the other employee there and only spoke in their language. i am very unsatisfied with my entire experience there. my nails are filed crooked and cut to different lengths. the guy doing my nails was supper rough, he pushed his nail under mine and it hurt and he hit my skin with the drill multiple times. for my pedicure, the woman was very nice a gentle with me. but the paint job is terrible. i got them done a few hours ago and the polish is uneven, chipping and peeling right off. if this is the type of quality costumers are receiving, prices need to be lowered- absolutely outrageous. i will not be coming back.

Went in today to get my nails done. 5/5/18. And am not pleased with the result. They were kind of busy and I could tell they were trying to hurry along to get more customers in. I felt rushed and my nails turned out all different shapes. They don’t look well done. And I’m very displeased. The undersides of the nails are bulky and they look very fake. The guy doing my nails hurt me multiple times with the file and was very rough and didn’t seem to care. He didn’t converse with anyone but the other employees and didn’t ask me many questions on if it looked good or if I like them at all. I couldn’t say that i didn’t like it because of the atmosphere in the shop and the fact that I was being rushed. Terrible experience. I want my money back. Will never go there again. It’s going to cost me more money to get them fixed then it did to get them on.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am very upset with the results of both me and my mom’s nails, we came here to get our nails done together and they were very unprofessional, the woman that did my nails was rude, and was rushing, it didn’t even seem like the man tried on her nails, they weren’t straight or shaped right, they weren’t smooth, they were super bulky/thick, the woman didn’t even prep my nails before putting on the acrylics she just filled them with the drill and then began working. Some of the pictures they have on here are very deceiving, I wish I could get my money back, just threw $110 dollars total on both our nails just to fix them once we got home, I tried uploading a photo of their work but I don’t know if it will be posted or not. Overall this experience was a waste of time and a waste of money we will not be coming back.

Do not recommend, I got fake nails put on by an older guy, and my nails look absolutely terrible, they are shaped like teeth. VERY THICK AND VERY WIDE! Paid $55 just to drive to a different nail salon to ask them to fix them. Very disappointed

Critical: QualityMy daughter and I went in today 03-17-21 to get our nails done(fill and polish change which cost as much as it did the first time we had them done). Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter got her nails done here, they didn’t honor her appointment time, didn’t let her pick her own design said they only had 10 colors to choose from and that was it, but she really wanted to get her nails done so she went with it! When she was done they were not the same size the polish was uneven and not covering the whole nail and they were still frayed on the side from the acrylic, went in to talk with Jimmy about it and he immediately ran to his drawer to grab nail clipper a from his desk and ran at my 14 year old daughter yelling that if I didn’t like he would take them off! I made her leave the store because he threatened her and made her cry and then proceeded to get in my face and yell obscenities in front of his child in the salon who looked about 7 or 8. They refused to do a fill on my nails and said that I had to remove the entire set and do a new set. This is the second fill I had done after getting a full set. One of my nails was lifting after playing sports. Other than that all of my nails were perfectly fine. I didn’t want to remove all my nails because my real nail had broken under the acrylic and that why I had just gotten a new set. Refused to do my nails after I told them that they were trying to remove my nails just to get more money. They started yelling and said I needed to get out of the salon. Would not come back. They also had me leave with the polish removed on three of my nails after refusing to do the fill.
