Went with my mom and it was my first time ever doing both pedicure and manicure. The girl who did me was nice and sweet, but honestly for a business u cant only expect cash… they insist cash yet all businesses must have a debit card machine, and whoever the lady is as we were walking out stopped us just to take toe spaces from moms toes.. yet she paid $100 for us both and extra for her pedicure and colored nails… thank u to the nice lady who did mine. I went in for French tips (black) and to touch up my eye brows. From the moment I walked in the male continued to try getting me in the back for a pedicure. I continued to say manicure. Like ten different times. He kept pointing to my feet saying,”yes manicure.” I pointed to my fingers get again saying..”No manicure.” Well then, finally they set me up to do my nails. I repeatedly said black tips. Given its been since I was about 15 and I’m now 30 I forgot the process,assuming they applied the white before doing another color. Well I was wrong the guy did white tips and we were done. I said ummm no,I have said repeatedly black tips. Given I’d already dealt with an eventful experience,I told him it was fine next time we will do black tips. However, they expected us to pay and then had to remind them again I was also doing my eyebrows.Ugh, so that whole week I noticed how torn up my cuticles were. I had scabs on almost every finger,and I’m pretty sure that this isn’t how getting your nails done should be. The only soft spot I had was the man that did my nails was probably late 50s early 60s and I didnt want him in trouble. However I dealt with 3 different people who did not show professionalism.

Please do not go here.Dried Acrylic left under my nails. The guy was rushing and rough especially with cuts on my hands from work. I showed them a picture of red and green snowflake nails and left with blue nails with a sigular snowflakes on my ring finger after being told they could do the design. I would have done these myself and the quality honestly looks like I did. Worst experience ever, would not recommend

Went in for a gel manicure and previous gel removal. The male technician removing my previous gel was in a hurry and rough. The nails were soaked for 2 minutes and then he aggressively used a nail drill to remove the residual gel. My nails became hot and skin was cut, bleeding. The technician did not adjust his process despite my request. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Had a pedicure and dip . The pedicure wasn’t too bad but don’t EVER get a dip there!! The color ring color looked like i was getting a turquoise color and they matched my dip with a powder blue color. The dip on my nails is so lumpy I’m going to have to have them done all over again…WORST JOB EVER! Should have known something wasn’t right when they had 5 techs n no customers on a Saturday afternoon!

Blatantly discriminatory, Will refuse you if you’re in a wheelchair. As for nail services, they’re good but isn’t that the point? I can find a bunch of other places that do their job well and aren’t rude, messy, people. So on that note, 1 star. Disappointed, do better.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHonestly terrible, go anywhere else. We went to get pedicures for my cousins wedding, walked in and they said 10 minute wait, they put is in the chairs (with no liners on the tub) and we sat there for about 45 minutes. We would have walked out but the wedding was 24 hours away and we didn’t have time. We asked the guy in the front how much longer and he put his finger up and said “shhh”, which was so rude. They drilled the gel polish off our toes and when we said should you soak those off she laughed and said well yeah. When she was cleaning my toes, she took the tool and slide it across my toe and legit cut me and said “oops”. I got a French tip, the didn’t even put any pink on it. The polish was all over our skin, we had to get in the car and pick it off. They didn’t cut our nails properly. She said the card machine was “broken” when we went to pay but then asked me like 3 times after that, card or cash. Obviously they wanted cash and she lied about the machine because if I said that I only had a card it would have worked. There are 20 more things but moral of the story, don’t go their and give them your business because they are terrible. We went to get pedicures for my cousins wedding, walked in and they said 10 minute wait, they put is in the chairs (with no liners on the tub) and we sat there for about 45 minutes.
