My appt was at 3:00. She took two girls at my appt time. I sat until 3:30 and asked how long I had to wait since I had already waited 30 minutes. She started working on my nails and did a horrible job. I think she was angry with me. She worked fast and did not have me wash my hands. Therefore I had dust particles in the polish. She did not put oil on my cuticles. I won’t go back with a temper like that.

Critical: Quality, ValueI had an appointment but still waited over twenty minutes. They had several people waiting so the lady rushed through the process of my manicure. There is polish all over the sides of my fingers, she did not clean up my previous polish completely so you can actually see bits of it under the new polish on my nails, and one of my thumb nails is completely uneven. If they were going to be so busy then they shouldn’t have accepted my appointment when I called. I will never go back and will have this TERRIBLE job fixed elsewhere. I had an appointment but still waited over twenty minutes. They had several people waiting so the lady rushed through the process of my manicure. There is polish all over the sides of my fingers, she did not clean up my previous polish completely so you can actually see bits of it under the new polish on my nails, and one of my thumb nails is completely uneven. I decided to try this nail salon because I had heard very good things about their business. The staff was very friendly, but when they cut my nails to do my acrylics they didn’t file them to make them even so they would all grow out the same (my nails were left in a point). Also, my acrylics and gel only took 30 minutes (way too quick). They were not smoothed out, very boxy, bulky, and square, and cut way too short! I was not happy about paying almost $40 for something I wasn’t pleased with! Very unfortunate.

Very poorly done. I went and got my nails done today and usually when I come here they do a great job. Not today. I asked for a set of gel acrylics like always and the I asked for all white nails. The person that did it just did the tip , cut them way too short , put them on super thick, and did a terrible job underneath. I told them that I wanted all white and he went back to fix it and just slopped it on. The paint job was horrible and they did a sloppy job in all.
