Honestly was happy to get my nails today.. yes the people were nice but they were doing good and then i asked for French tip and this is what I get. They look horrible..I was not going to be mean but I did say could you just paint them all and he said I already painted the pink. Look I never written a review before but it was not best and I’m not happy about it. I mean it looks like they would fall off in less then 2 days. The wait was not the best and it was burning now not everyone had the same issues.

Wouldn’t recommend. Very slow service most of the time. Okay nails. I do love the eyebrow wax. But overall I’d give a 1 stars because of the slow service and long wait. Last resort if I can’t go where I want. Also got nails done and nails popped off a couple days later. Tried to get them to fixed but they said they had to charge me 2 dollars a nail. Many fell off so I might as well had paid for a fresh New set even though the set was only a couple days old.

Have Lupus and she kept pulling my toes apart, and twisting my foot in a direction it wouldn’t go. I was in terrible joint pain. I kept telling her I was in pain, and all she could say was, “tickle?” They don’t speak English well, and she put lotion on my legs while they were wet, didn’t even bother to dry them off. My finger was cut for the third time they they did not even want to give a discount for cutting me I’ll let it go the first two times but the third time enough was enough it’s no more an accident you don’t know what you’re doing you and it cost $35 for a filling the same price it cost for a full set and on top of that they didn’t even cover the whole nail with Polish they miss spots please don’t make the same mistake I did now I’m looking for a new nail shop and now my fingers burning because it’s cut every time I wash my hands or something gets in it

Tom did my nails. I admittedly wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize that the uv light wasn’t on so I asked him if it was working. He moved my hand around and it finally went on. It was obviously temperamental. My fingers were touching the back of the unit so I thought it would be on but it apparently wasn’t. I told him that I dont think it was on the whole time and he berated me saying that I was busy watching tv and not paying attention (which I always do at nail salons and never had a problem). He said this was his career and since I wasn’t paying attention he had to and he was making sure Uv light was on. I apologized and thanked him for keeping an eye on it. The next day 2 of my nails peeled off. That has never happened to me before. I went back to have them fixed and they said it’s be a very long wait. I went back 2 days later and at this time 4 nails were off. He asked me why I peeled them off and I told them the edges all were coming up on their own lol. He says that it was my fault and I must have damaged them at work and continued to berate me. When I get gel nails they last at least 2 weeks and need to be soaked to remove so I can get a new manicure. He thought I peeled them off for fun. Each time he painted my nails he would throw my hand back to put under the light. I have never written a bad review before but his behavior was horrible. It was clearly a faulty Uv light and all he had to do was say “I’m sorry that happened I will fix” and he would have had a very happy customer and another tip. It took him 7 minutes to fix yet blamed me while he angrily painted my nails. What a Horrible experience!!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Extremely unprofessional, rude to my 11 year old sister, did a horrible job on her toe nails, didn’t even try, they look like my 8 month old son did her nails, extremely rough, my nails aren’t shaped right or even, just avoid at all cost if you can. Came here years ago and didn’t like it, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, never again. Awful experience. If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would have.

Me and my 10yr old stepdaughter went in for girls day! We got in right away and they did our nails perfectly! The owners are down to earth and fun to talk to! This is my regular nail joint but my daughter’s first time, she loved it too!!!
