I’ve gone here several times. I’ve always like how my nails looked. But today they are awful!!! Literally look like a first grader did them. The fourth pic is what I showed them. Because the pic is someone else’s work, I never expect it to look EXACTLY like the pics. But this looks nothing like it. The tips aren’t even evenly round. And the glitter top coat is bad. Finding a salon or something to start going to from now on.

The second picture is what i showed the chair #1 male tech. The first picture is what I received. When the acrylic powder was on, I noticed glitter. I asked to pick out a pale pink, as it would cover the glitter and give a milky top coat. He became defensive and commented “now you don’t like it” I told him I wanted to put a pink over. He became more irritated and said “I have a clear pink I’m going to use on you. But go pick a color, I don’t care.” I told him it’s fine. He continued “I have clear pink I use in you.” He got up continued to mumble in his foreign language and walked away. He was short, rude, and not open to understand what it is I wanted. I have been going there for the last 4-5 months and typically spend $75 as I get very long nails and color plus tip $15. Because he knew I was not satisfied or interested his attempt to ask if I like them, he did not cash me out. Instead he had the lady next to him. They charged me $55 for this $20 job because he knew his tip as going to be small. I will not be going back to this place again. I would of just chalked it up as a bad day for him but, the owner was sitting there and did not attempt to intervene and remedy the situation.

Very awkward experience, kept having to tell him no gel (3 times), dude cut my wife toe open (she was bleeding) and they’re very rough. come to find out her mother paid over $100 for 3 of us to have basic pedicures. I’m the only one who got colored tips but as you can see by the photos my nails are uneven, you can see the cut in my wife’s toes and look like trash. NOT worth the money!!!!

I really like how quickly they did my gel mani cure and pedicure. But my manicure did not last long. I got them done on 6/27 and 7/2 I see lifting and chipping. Honestly I would not go back.

I showed them a reference photo, they told me that was fine n they could do it. We got into the nails n the man I had was very rude to me because he could indeed not do the design I asked after already trying it 3 times. I asked him to stop and I ended up paying 50 for these n in my opinion they are trash. It’s not what I asked for at all, they didnt put a top coat on my nails either so they are very sticky n sticking to everything and they are crooked and lumpy.

My nails are ridiculous. Color is uneven on tips. My ring finger nail looks like it’s been cut off on the side. I asked for round short nails. The acrylic is so thin and has bubbles in it. I will never do business with them again. I will go somewhere else.

Greeted cheerfully & made comfortable while waiting. Massage chair was great along with the pedicure! Was careful to get my toenails exactly how I like them. I will definately come back!
