Very friendly staff they did an amazing job on me and my sister in law. A little expensive but overall I don’t get my nails done professionally often so it was a test for us both. $215 for the both of us getting gel sets and pedicures.

the head guy just did whatever he wanted and didn’t really listen to me. he also couldn’t do what he claimed. i asked for brown marble provided in a book they have you look in and it looks nothing like it. he didn’t ask if i liked it before doing all of my nails and finishing it so made it hard to change them. i don’t get my nails done often but i’d hardly say taking a little grinder to my skin is a manicure.

I went in with my mom for a full set of acrylic and they did the pink and white set without telling us and then I asked them to paint a butterfly on my accent nail in white and black and she put a sticker on it instead. They got the mix all over my fingers, the shape is not even. They didn’t push the cuticles and didn’t use cuticle oil afterwards either. My fingers are dry because they barely dusted my hands. I have to file my nails myself because I have acrylic on the underneath of the nail. We ended up paying 130 dollars for 2 full sets. Very disappointed.

My mom and I came here for gel mani/pedi and we both agree it wasn’t the best experience. Friendly staff and all but they told everyone that came in it would be a 30 minute wait.. we were there for over 3 hours. My feet soaked for an hour and a half before someone started on me. I get it if they were understaffed but don’t tell every single person that comes in it’ll be 30 minutes when clearly there’s multiple people waiting to get in. They started on my mom before me and finished both her pedi and mani before they even got to me. I would have left had we not come together. All of that aside.. my cuticles were painted over and cured. So 3 days later I now have a ridge of gel that is catching on everything and will most likely peel off. You can see where the top coat brush was clearly too dry and didn’t cover the nail completely. At $180 for two people I would expect a better job than this

I’ve never been so disappointed with an acrylic fill and gel polish application. All of my nails were different lengths, shapes and thickness. Some individual nails were round on one corner and squared on the other. There is still old gel polish color under the new acrilic. I asked the manicurist to fix the uneven lengths and shapes and this was the final result. I had to come home and shape them myself which caused them to be much shorter than I wanted. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Was visiting from out of town and went here for the 2nd time in 5 months. The first visit was pretty good, mr Ken was a wonderful person! Loved him & the mani/pedi! The 2nd visit was a little less so. A different person did the mani & the pedi. The 2nd person spoke almost no English & I couldn’t understand hardly anything she said. During the gel manicure she kept grinding the old polish off for too long & my nail heated up to an extremely hot temperature & was burning me so bad I had to keep yanking my hand away for every finger. I was in tears by the time she was finished. Then she kept insisting that my eyebrows needed to be “cleaned up”…they are tattooed on & I shave off what little hairs that do grow! I always get compliments on how good they look! But this woman kept insisting I let her “fix” them when there is absolutely NO need for anything to be done to them! Next time I am in town, would ONLY go if I am able to have Mr Ken do my nails! He had the day off this time.

I understand we are in a recession, but this business was sell, sell, sell. It was supposed to be $35 for a pedicure, then they add $3 for tax, then they ask for a tip on top of that. They must have asked me 4-5 times to get gel polish, they act like the other 200 bottles of nail polish is junk, well then why do they sell it…lol

Horrible customer service. Called in advance & they stated it would be a 15 minute wait for my toddler & I to have an appointment. We got there & signed in. Waited 45 minutes before they even greeted us. They started serving 2 other customers who signed in AFTER us. We left & will not be returning.

When you have to get a therapeutic pedicure as I have had to have for at least ten years now the nail technicians at Hollywood Nails in Ashtabula Ohio is the place to go to get the best nail care ever! I came here from a large metropolitan city with hundreds of nail shops and was only able to find one that would show you care and respect however when I moved here I was somewhat worried being that there are so few if any nail shops here at all. Towne Square Mall in Ashtabula is a very small town type of Mall that offers some of the large town shops with a very friendly and clean like atmosphere. The nail shop is the only nail shop in the mall. The atmosphere was so calm and friendly that I decided to give Hollywood Nails a try and to my surprise it was the best nail care that I ever had! The female nail technician was so respectful and showed that she wanted me to look and feel not just good but healthy. There’s so much to tell but I would be writing a book. Like I stated earlier if you want the best nail care ever then try Hollywood Nails on Ashtabula and I guarantee you will not be unsatisfied.

Just got ANOTHER fabulous pedicure from these wonderful people here at Hollywood nails! Not only are they courteous & understanding of my crazy feet, they’re so friendly & kind. I love this family business and can’t sing enough of their praises. Tonight, they gave me a Christmas gift – Victoria’s Secret lotion!! Such sweet and caring people! Wish there were more businesses like them in our area.
