Only two employees available on a Saturday afternoon. Pedicure took over an hour and was rushed by the time they actually gave me attention. They were distracted running around all over trying to help other customers. Didn’t wait until the light finished drying and ended up having to redo several nails. Even set the light on my toenail at one point. I ended up with uneven gel on my toenails and polish on my skin. Pedicure itself was extremely basic. Very dissatisfied.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy friend and I went in to get pedicures and they put us in the chairs(only 2 people working) and the lady was bouncing around from person to person. Finally when they got to us she didn’t change gloves between my friend and I! She used a cheese grader to do our feet and when she went to paint she painted our feet like a 3 year old.Service: Pedicure

My daughter and I got our nails done a few weeks ago. Two days later the polish was all bubbled up. Literally sticky and coming off. I know this is not the experience we were looking for as I have done nails myself for over 20 years. Definitely will never go back there or recommend them to anyone I know. Totally disappointing as we were looking for a relaxing day.
