Beverly did my nails on this visit (Jan. 4th, 2022). She explained everything as she went. She was very nice and professional. Beverly did my nails on this visit (Jan. 4th, 2022). She explained everything as she went. She was very nice and professional. I have another appointment with her in about 3 weeks.

My apt was at 6pm and all they was thinking about was going home because it was the fastest pedicure I’d ever had. My feet are just as rough as before I went in. I’m on my feet at work 18 hrs a day and look forward to this and im so disappointed . Such a waste of hard earned money. I will never return.

In the back part of Hollywood Nails is the Northern Kentucky Massage. Dr. Denise Jagger does a great job of finding tight muscles and helping you to relax. She sets a nice relaxing atmosphere with soft music and calming scents like a soothing medicine. I look forward to sessions there. Its well worth the price.

I’ve been going to them for 22 years and have never had any problems with the staff. They are quite friendly but I guess you have to be willing to open up and talk too and go more than just a few times. And if I had one break, I just go back the next day and they fixed it, No charge. And I was allergic to one of their chemicals, and they got one in special for me so that I could keep my beautiful nails. I love this place and won’t go any where else!!!

The building is super cute. However, some of the workers gave me some bad vibes leaving some rude comments and overall just had bad customer service skills. I have gotten my Nails done around the same area for much cheaper and better quality. I got them done last Wednesday and one of them already broke as I was putting my seatbelt on. This has never happened before even with my job being so hands on. Needless to say I will never be returning.

I have been going here for about three years. I’ve gotten pedicures and jell nails and I’ve never had a problem. They are very friendly and polite. I think Chris does the best pedicures in the world. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unbelievably rude service! Prepare to be stereotyped. I’ve been to this salon with my stepmom several times and never had a problem. Went in today with my best friend, and we requested acrylics. They started our nails, put the acrylics on but refused to paint them, unless we paid first. I asked why, because they’ve never done that in the past. They said it was a new policy. Interesting. The 30-ish year old woman in there at the same time wasn’t subject to their “new policy”. They saw two teenage girls and stereotyped us, assumed we weren’t going to pay. When I pulled out the cash and paid them their $90, they suddenly became very friendly and finished the job. I had planned to tip them $20, but I don’t reward ageism. They probably just judged me as a stereotypical non-tipping teen anyway. Last time I go there.

Honestly, my service was terrible. The salon had on the TV for customers to watch while they got their nails done. Unfortunately, the customers weren’t the only ones watching the show. The man doing my nails looked mesmerized by the TV, he wasn’t even looking at my nails while he did them. I got done and there was polish ALL over my skin. I could have done better my self. Also the workers were talking in a different language (which doesn’t bother me) but they kept laughing and pointing at me. I will NEVER return again.

WORST NAIL SERVICE IN FLORENCE. Went in got shellac. I told them i was incredibly unhappy with my gel color that was supposed to be iridescent white which ended up being orange blamed it on the reflection of the technicians orange shirt. Spoke that to her. She ignored me. I asked then what to do then they preceded to tell me try would charge me again for their mistake. THEN we get up to pay & they charged my mom double for what they said & didn’t even acknowledge it when we said something. I work in customer service everyday & make sure all my customers are satisfied. Hollywood nails does not keep customers a priority. And the best part about it is – they spoke clear English. So I know they understood our frustration. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They have a hair salon as well. I would hate to see what they do to someone’s hair.
