Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a walk-in yesterday. I was greeted with what I wanted and asked how I was paying. I replied cash and pedicure.They used utensils on me they used on the guy before me and then reused them on the lady next to me. They never changed their gloves, I would have rather them be bare handed and wash their hands.. or at least CHANGE THEIR GLOVES!!! The water was cold at first and I asked for it to be hotter, after adjustment it was barley warm. They didn’t get all my calluses of. I requested this and pointed it out and she ignored me. The paint job was done by a man and is fine. No calf or foot massage, the chairs are very uncomfortable no matter how you adjust them. The young man who did my fill was great. Then I had a pedicure by the woman (I think owners wife) and wasn’t happy at all. She was very rough and hurt me a few times. Then when she polished she was very sloppy and I had polish all around nails. At one point, she used a file to get rid of extra polish on my finger and hurt me again. I’m here for 4 months but I won’t go back to this shop.
