I went in there to get a pedicure. That was the worst pedicure I ever gotten in my life. It was a mess. She didn’t soak my feet long enough, it seems like she was rushing. She didn’t scrub my feet enough. She didn’t do a massage and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted oil. The WORST PEDICURE EVER‼️I would never ever return. Then she charged me $50.00. She said that the pedicure was $30.00 . She said that she had to charge me $20.00 because I used 2 different gel polish. It was a older lady. Don’t ever go to her. The next day it started messing up.

Loved my ombre nails at first! But after a week the acrylic kept popping off my nail bed, but the glued on fake nail part would stay on, so I got some nail glue to secure the acrylic to my nail, so that it wouldn’t rip my whole nail off. After a week of glueing one of the nails popped up again and caused my nail to rip and bleed, so I had to soak the acrylic off before further damage occurred.

I called and they said come on in. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes, a lady walked in and sat down at the manicure table and was taken care of immediately…I walked out and will not return.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is a joke!!! My daughter and I went on Saturday…my daughter paid 65$ for a full set that the “manager” did and they looked horrible every time I asked him to shape her nails the way she asked her caught an attitude…I got a fill he asked what shape I wanted and I told him squared..each nail was a different shape…he finished and I asked him to shape my nails squared!! Again he caught an attitude about it…he left I asked one of the other employees if I was about how my nails looked…he said no you’re not tripping…I was told to speak to his wife that she would fix them…after watching my daughter and I sit there from 1030am until 236 pm she proceeded to tell me that she’s going to charge me an extra 20$ to fix my nails…which is ridiculous!!! I WILL NEVEE SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS PLACE!!! And would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDon and Liam are amazing. I have been coming here since 2019. Recently moved to GA but haven’t come close to the business services they offer. My eyebrows have not been done since mid July because I refuse to let anyone touch them besides Liam. I am very tempted to make the 1hr and 45 min drive twice a month just to see them. Don works very fast and my nails are always fabulous. If you are in the military in Beaufort, they are aware of military regulations. I miss my nail family.
