okay so this place was aight. the man did my nails very fast during my one hour lunch break, and they were only $40. but, he was very very rough on my nails, and they are still sore the day after. (at ls nails in sptbg where i usually go, i’m never in pain lol) the polish looked a little bumpy, and they weren’t all the same length, but again he was rushed a little bit. but they’re okay. wont be coming back tho

We’re in the middle of a pandemic. I go in and they take me right away. I ask the lady to clean the pedicure chair as it was dirty and had crumbs in it. She caught a major attitude and half cleaned it. I left right then. If you can’t clean a chair properly then I can’t trust you to clean your supplies. Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to. Don’t use this place. I’d rather pay more for professional service. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. I go in and they take me right away. I ask the lady to clean the pedicure chair as it was dirty and had crumbs in it. She caught a major attitude and half cleaned it. I left right then. I’ve been going here since 2006 I have always loved it. Only tech to go to is Nancy. But today after I made appt to specifically see her, she tried to push me off to another tech that I’ve had before and not only is he rude but also is very rough and has hurt me in past. I told him my appt was with Nancy and he said “Get out my chair then” so I went and sat in Nancy. She didn’t seem happy since there were very loud foreign language lasting about a min after. Maybe I am just being paranoid but ya know they were talking about me . Once she started my nails finally I told what color I wanted. She kept pushing for color. I wanted clear pink. Mainly bc it’s less noticable between fill ins when nails grow. I asked if she could do buffalo plaid she said no (I’ve seen this woman’s work she could do it bc she has done much more detailed for me before) so I said fine clear pink then. I had to ask her to cut away under the nail before she painted them (she wasn’t going to) and when she painted them she painted them a glittery sheer pink. Went on yellow. She claimed I would love it. I didn’t. So I had her remove it and lo and behold the clear pink I had requested from very beginning was literally sitting right beside us. I got my clear pink she then proceeded to paint white lines with glitter on my ring fingers without asking. Did all this is 20 mins. Used to take 45. As much as I used to swear by Nancy, I don’t know if I will be going back. Oh and dust everywhere so no cleaning between customers.

I took my daughter into get a manicure and me a pedicure. We was met by a lady as soon as we entered the salon. The only lady that seemed to be working, the salon was completely empty. She walked up to us eating a bowl of food & asked us what we wanted. I told her and she told my daughter to sit down and “pick out color” n then she went to the back of the room and sat down in front of the tv and continued to eat her bowl of food. My daughter already knew what she wanted so we waited for her to finish eating and come back over to our table. When she walks back over she was opening a bag of Fritos and started to chomp away while My daughter tells her what she was wanting. The lady sits down with her chips & grabs her hands to begin and then stops and says oh you need to wash hands. So my daughter gets up and goes to wash her hands all the while this chick is still eating her Fritos and never once washed her hands. My daughter comes back and she finally begins her nails after putting on her tv show on her phone to watch of course while she is doing her nails. So after terrible service, a couple cuts (from her not paying attention) & $45 later and no pedicure for me we got the hell out.

Extremely disappointed. The lady who did my nails was really the rudest nail tech I’ve ever encountered. No hello, no smile, nothing. She didn’t even put on my flip flops after my pedicure so I had to walk bare foot across the floors & of course I messed up a nail putting them on. I will never be back, the other ladies seemed nice but I don’t want to risk getting stuck with this lady again. To make things worse, all of my nails were broken within days.

Horrible. I went in for a fill-in based on one of my nails being completely off. When I went in I was greeted which was great. I was assigned to a guy who did not introduce himself. I was indecisive whether to do a complete soak off or just let him repair them. He convinced me that he could repair my pink and white- So I told him sure. During the process I told him that I did not like how my nails were looking because my middle finger was so different. He yelled at me and I had to get firm myself by saying “you do not have to yell.” I ended up going to another co-worker, in which, she half soaked my nails off. I was so upset I just left with crappy hands!!!

The man in there is terrible he man handled my arms. He invaded my personal space and shoved my arm to the side so he could put my arm in the UV light machine. Then he had the audacity to try to charge me 40 dollars for terrible serious. Not only did he hurt my nails but he made me very uncomfortable. I was giving this place one more chance after the last set that was not terrible but not even close to a nice job. There is only one woman in there that is decent and she’s the first chair. Also they don’t open the shop on time I waited 30 minutes for them to open en the last time. 100% do not recommend.
