The man that works there is awful and rude. I called about 3 hours ahead and asked if I could make an appointment and said, “no appointments, you wait”. I expressed that I’ve made appointments in the past and he still said, “you wait” and hangs up. I was calling to get my 2 pinkie’s fixed that I got done a week ago. ANYWAYS, I come in and sit to wait.. he stands up and said to another customer “2pm Appointment? You?” My jaw dropped. Mind you that there is another female in here with an appointment.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my nails done twice here, both times were rushed and both times a nail either snapped in half, chipped, or just fell off. Also the guy never wants to give my change back and just stares at me expecting to tell him to keep 10+ dollars every time. Edit. They’re saying they never did my nails. They did them on December 8th and December 28th. I LITERALLY HAVE THE PICTURE FROM THE 8TH. My wife and I were in town for a couple of days. My wife decided she wanted to get her nails done and this was the closest place to where we were staying. After walking in I knew this place was bad news. The smell was rank, the floors dirty, you could literally wipe your finger on the window seal and your finger would be black. We waited for about 5 minutes and no one even noticed us. I walked out and told my wife maybe we should look at the reviews first, which we did and decided to leave after seeing the bad reviews of customers being in pain and reusing sponges from one customer on another customer. My advice would be to find somewhere else where the owners actually care about the cleanliness of there business and cater to their customers. If you go here you have my best regards, Good luck!
