We arrived at 11:33 and the place already had like 6 people getting their nails done and one nail tech was working on 2 people at the same time. ?????? Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE. I wanted my nails done for an event and got a fresh set of tips. While I was here one of the nail techs smudged my nails and refused to fix it without extra payment of 10 dollars per nail. When I declined paying extra to repaint the nails and asked them to remove the polish, the manager came over and angrily clipped my nails to look like this. While I was here one of the nail techs smudged my nails and refused to fix it without extra payment of 10 dollars per nail. Came here the day before thanksgiving, the girl working on my nails complained that my nails were too small and that the nail shape I chose just couldn’t be done on my nails. The owner came over to shape my nails since the girl was complaining about the size of my nails. While the owner worked on my nails she talked bad about the previous salon I went to,G3 nails, however I would rather go back to G3 than this salon ever again.
