No. No. No. Gel manicure was a complete waste of time and money. From the moment I walked in, I should have known better. I had just sat down at the assigned station and didn’t even have the chance to pull my chair in before my tech pulled my hand and started to file my nails. I asked for a moment to allow me time to choose a color. Was given the time but was clearly rushed. After filing my nails, the tech started to prep to polish… having missed filing one nail entirely. Once that was addressed, he painted one hand while trying to touch up over-polish on my skin as he worked. After only 1 coat of polish, he started to apply a clear finish coat without doing a second coat of polish for a thorough, rich job. I asked if he intended to do a second coat and he said no… but did offer it if I wanted. What I wanted was to get out of there. So we skipped the second coat. When I looked at the polish, it was on my fingers, cuticles… what a mess. I raised my concern and asked if he was going to fix it. So he did try to clean up by filing my skin. It hurt… I flinched and then was done. I’d had enough. I’m left with polish on my fingers and incomplete polish on my nails. Disappointing.

We should have listened to the reviews! I had cut my toe nails before going on our trip so they shouldn’t have been cut to begin with. He never asked me and then cut the corners down really low and yanked it out! I jumped on the first one (not as bad) and thought he had made a mistake. I was talking to my friend next to me and should have been paying more attention. Then he did it again on the second foot and it is way worse! It wouldn’t stop bleeding! On a trip to Gettysburg with a friend we decided to get pedicures. Hollywood Nails was right across the street from our hotel so we thought we would give it a try. I brought my daughter here to have our nails done and I also got a pedicure. The next day my polish on my pinky toe came off, the following day my middle toe. My thumb and pinky nail came off three days after having the new set put on. I’m am very upset. My daughter asked for almond shape nails and showed the length but the lady cut them too short and then ripped them all off to put another set on which she cut short once again but my daughter didn’t want the pain of having the nails ripped off again so she had to have them short. The shape wasn’t what she wanted either. It’s a shame that I paid almost $200 for this terrible quality. I will NOT go here again!

The facility is dirty and the work is poor. Nail clippings from previous customers on floor, massage chair controllers do not work properly. They filled my pedicure bowl with a bucket. Customer service is non existent. There are far better places to go for the same money. Pedicure

I went in for a gel mani and gel pedi. My pedi was 15 minutes from start to finish. He did not trim my nails or cuticles. The polish is very thin and see through. The massage was very short. My gel mani looks awful. The polish was not cured long enough. Three of my fingers peeled off with wet polish underneath. Did not soak my fingers at all. He made my cuticle bleed with the dremel. He never had me wash off the dust. He polished over top of it. The colors I chose did not match the colors he used. Highly disappointed. Will not return. Wasted 80$. Environment is dirty and unsanitary.

Fist off I had very unsatisfied daughter’s and one of them it is her homecoming night. So you have to imagine how she felt. A picture was provided of what my daughter was looking for and she didn’t get that. She had acrylic all on her cuticles and her thumbs where different shaps the thumb had a bump on it. The other nails where noth the same shapes because they didnt check them to see. She got her toes done and they cute her and added a design when she wanted them just painted. And she was charged for the design. She was so upset set we end up going to another nail salon in Hanover to get her nails fixed and they had a hard time getting the acrylic off her cuticles. My other daughter her nails where different shapes and she has been their before and they did them good. For the prices my daughter’s paid and what they got and was not refunded nothing back is crazy. But if you are looking for a good place to go this place is not the one defiantly not for a dance or an event or something special. HANOVER-THE NAIL LAUNG was my daughters Homecoming Saver.

In Gettysburg for vacation and needed a manicure for a wedding we are attending this weekend. I did not have an appointment. I asked for a regular manicure. Once I finally found the color I wanted the male manicurist soaked my fingers in cold water for about a minute each. He cut me nails, filed them and painted my nails. Base coat, 2 coats of color and a top coat. That was it. No cuticle push back or trim. No hand or finger massage and no skin lotion on my hands. Done in 15 minutes. I could have done my own nails for what he did. Would not recommend.

After going here for almost 4 years their service has gone downhill. The manicure took 2 hours and 15 minutes, and after 4 days the paint pealed off and the polish was still wet on the bottom coat. Gel manicures
