The people are nice but the salon is not kept up well . I would even question the hygiene. The clear plastic is cut up , falling signs everywhere, no clear plastic in foot tub, nor did I see the cleaning of the foot tub. Based on photos, they don’t pay attention to the small details . Uneven & unfinished lines, caked up gel polish .. etc

Haven’t been to this place in about 20 years. When I was going there my nails was horrible each time so I stop coming to Hollywood nails. Me being lazy and didn’t want to go to my normal spot . I came to this salon and I got a horrible job done still 20 hrs later . It took them 3 hrs to soak the tips off and do my real nails. My polish look thick, I had to keep telling her she filing down to much of my nails and they are becoming crooked Need more professional staff that can really do nails. Smh just terrible never again.

I was a faithful customer for a decade.. They do great eyebrows but i tried eyelashes for the first time there and it was horrible. Parts of my eyelashes got torn off because of the attempt of putting it on and off. The new owner is sweet but the place needs more people that are more professional and skilled.

Jessica and her husband are wonderful. They care about the integrity of your nails and do an amazing job. They are very patient and take their time. So If you’re in a rush don’t go here. Some ppl love their work and some ppl don’t. The owners are awesome nail techs and customer service reps but their workers not so much unless they’re doing
