Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThese people are unprofessional and do a very bad job at painting and shaping nails. I am going on a trip and my nails looks terrible. They charged me $90 for a manicure and pedicure but never even put any water on my nails for the manicure. They DO NOT clean their tools. At all. Extremely filthy. They use the same emory board and buffer on everyone without washing, cleaning or sanitizing them. These people are unprofessional and do a very bad job at painting and shaping nails. I am going on a trip and my nails looks terrible. They charged me $90 for a manicure and pedicure but never even put any water on my nails for the manicure. They DO NOT clean their tools. At all. Extremely filthy. This shop is absolute trash. They don’t do sns,shellac, or nail wraps. They barely polish your nails correctly and the gel does not last. They recently increased their prices but the work is still not great. They have 2 people for nails and 2 people for feet so expect to be here or a long time on weekends. The pedicures are rubbish. The shops down the street are about the same price but they are a little better.

The foot service is not bad but they do terrible jobs for manicure. I wouldn’t recommend.
