I went in once for a full set and the acrylic was bumpy and poorly painted. I wanted to give them another chance because this time I only needed a manicure, and there’s no way you can mess up a manicure. Well, I was wrong! The lady suggested I get dip and didn’t even know how to do it. Once again the final product was extremely bumpy. I got my manicure 3 days ago and the dip is already chipping and peeling off. Not to mention, the was nail polish all over my cuticles and the paint was messy. Will NEVER go back.

I have been a customer for many years. “My” manicurist moved back home, so I got Kelly. She was awesome and did exactly as I asked (close skin trim as I pick & bite) and French tip in black for Halloween. Everyone remembers me and welcomes me. I didn’t call ahead, so had to wait in their massage chair…so glad I did. My nails are awesome. I will make Kelly my go-to now and will try not to pick or bite. Colleen

Had the best experience today. Brought my mom in who has Alzheimer’s for a manicure. We hadn’t been there in awhile and the girls remembered her. The girls were so caring and patient with her. I’ve been going to Hollywood Nails for a couple of years. Overall, I’ve had a good experience. However, designs are not their strong suit (at least not with the women who have helped me), so I go elsewhere when I want a more complicated nail design. Appointment times are also hit or miss — it’s taken me up to 20 minutes’ wait, even with an appointment. There’s a good color selection, and the workers are nice.

Absolutely horrible experience. She cut each and every one of my cuticles, on my ring and thumb she ripped the underneath of my nail to shreds it was bleeding because she kept thinking it was a good idea to take the drill to my nail beds! I was in pain for 3 days. Nevermind this, everything about the acrylics looked horrible. The shape was all wrong and they were horribly drilled down, they looked chunky and bumpy. So, never will I ever go here ever again and will be telling my friends to never come here as well.
