My nails look like a kindergartner did them. Not only did I explain what I wanted, but I provided a clear photo. As I was in the process of getting my nails done, I voiced that I wasn’t satisfied with how the work was going. It looked nothing like the photo that I provided. My comment/concern was completely disregarded. Towards the end, I expressed my displeasure again.. I was told by the owner that I should have said something sooner, as if I hadn’t already. Then they had the nerve to overcharged me!! I will not return and certainly don’t recommend!

It’s a no for me. The staff were friendly and engaging. Funny even. But $85 for a poor nail structure is a no from me. My nails are flat, having no apex at all which makes me wonder how long they will actually last. As I sat waiting, 3 people that came in after me were taken ahead of me. When it came time, me and another girl were sitting there and the worker just said, “Who’s next?” poor management, poor nail structure, high price. It’s a no from me.

This nail shop should cater to their customers and not ONLY the employees. The television was tuned to a Vietnamese game show, The nail techs ONLY spoke Vietnamese, had no conversation with customers, and some would facetime or call people ON SPEAKER while servicing a client. IT WAS SO LOUD!

Couldn’t do anything I wanted, lied about price and had others chime in when not even around for conversation. Plain rude after we defended ourselves about price and even pulled up footage while finishing sisters nails and nipped her multiple times too busy watching it. Just disappointed. Edit… I watched you pick up the tv remote and turn it to prices after the conversation and I left 1 review. Bad customer service.

So My wife and daughter have gone here they did a great job on their nails they do good work it’s been 4 months now my daughter usually gets every other nail painted a different 3 colors color for 4 months now each time she goes to get her nails done they raising the price the shape of her nails are pointed so its 30 for refill any broken ones 3 dollars extra now for adding extra for painting them 3 different colors mind never charged extra in 4months for same no extra design just painting them its ridiculous so make sure you check your pricing for the service you receive cause they like to tack on extra whenever they feel like it…
