I went into this shop over the weekend and this was my first time. I just wanted to try out the place cause I drove by. When I went in no one greeted me until 5 minutes of being in there. They weren’t busy at all. About 20 minutes of me sitting in the shop one of the technicians asked me to go sit at the chair where the water was running. Let me tell you I sat there for 45 minutes with my feet in the water and no one came to assist or even ask a question. I don’t recommend this shop.

So I have reason to believe that this particular salon is now under New Management and I’m very happy. I had made a review about the salon stating that I would never go back there again because I haf been going there for about a year.. no one seemed to ever recognize me remember me and then we got to the point where every I only would pay them with my debit card and that was because no matter how many times I asked them what was the price for this service or what would be the price if we did this design, they would tell me one thing and then the moment I had cash it’s always something different and I tried and I tested them each and every single time and they kept doing it it was literally moments where I’d go get my eyelashes done and she’d be like oh I’m only going to charge you 70 the but I when I gave $100 then each and every single time it was” oh well it’s actually $80 or almost $85″ and even their prices would change and I was just flabbergasted. But long story short I ended up seeing one of my friends and her nails were just perfect and I asked her where she got them done and she told me she got them done at this particular salon and she also let me know that they had new workers there and that it wasn’t the same people there anymore ,so I decided to go there and I met a lovely woman named Terry and she was amazing ,she didn’t rush me ,she didn’t act like she didn’t have time to do designs ,she listened to what I wanted, she even went above and beyond to try to add little jems onto my nails and then when I love the fact that even she was like ‘you know what it actually looks better by itself” like the fact that she was honest about her work and there was no fuss, there was no arguing she did exactly what I asked and even though the shape may have been better it was the customer service that really sold me!! the fact that she wanted to do the best that she could and went above and beyond trying to figure out if there’s anything else that she could add that would look really dope, was so refreshing… she had the perfect attitude and I’m so happy to see that this salon has done a total clean house and that they’ve even got new equipment and a new co-workers, it is everything that they needed and I am nothing short from impressed with their total complete turnaround.

This place is a disgrace! I am so disappointed I was recommended by a random person so I took the chance to give them a visit. These people were rude and clearly bashing me and my friend in their native language only because we would have request on how we like our nails done. Not to mention the pedicure water was super cold and when we let them know we wanted hot water they kept the angry bashing sorry if you are so cheap to pay your pgne bill cheap bastards¡! Clearly we will never go there again.
