Unprofessional! Horrible! This is the worst place to get your nails done. They have no respect for the customer’s time. They randomly changed my appointment after making me wait for so long. I am a working mom and don’t have so much free time on hand. If they set up an appointment they should stick to it. And this has happened multiple times. Totally unacceptable!

I went to go get a manicure. The ladies were sitting down watching something on their phones, I guess they wanted to continue to watch it so the lady who did my nails rushed my nails, did not out lotion, did not dust off my nails properly, did not put the oil for my nail beds and made me pay before painting them and they ended up chipping a day later. A total waste of money and tip.
