I have been coming here for years without problems. I had the worst service today with Jason. I told him there were problems but he left my nails curing while he left to get food because he said he was very hungry. I told the woman up front that they did not look okay and they needed to be fixed. She told me to come back tomorrow. I live in Atlanta and am not driving an hour to come back. It was only 5pm and there was plenty of people there to fix it. They made me wait for him to get back

Critical: QualityI never leave bad reviews, but I’ve been let down a lot by this nail salon. It’s the first one I came to when I moved cause the location was convenient and close. They have 2 very good nail artists that I’ve had excellent service with (Tish and I can’t remember the other girls name but always has her hair in a top bun and wears really cute anime shirts)The most recent times I’ve been there, I have been very disappointed. I was getting an acrylic fill in and gel, and I left the store with air bubbles already in the polish, a brush hair in the polish, and textured bumps in the polish. I called and asked to get it fixed after the weekend and the manager agreed to fix them with no cost. I showed up, told them my name, and they repainted my nails, but still charged me.And today, I didn’t get the color I asked for (the brush was messed up I guess??), she couldn’t do the simple 3 line design I asked for, and also didn’t do the matte coat I asked for either. These are all just a few bad encounters.Will unfortunately not be coming back. Extremely disappointed.Edit: As an update, the woman who did my nail cut deep in the side of my thumb and it is now swollen, extremely sensitive, and I’m pretty sure is in the early stages of becoming ingrown.I never leave bad reviews, but I’ve been let down a lot by this nail salon. This is normally where I go to get my nails done, but after the past couple of experiences I’ve had, I do not believe I will be returning. Both trips they have seemed to be out of every color that I want, today when I went in I had to pick 3 different colors before they finally found one. I wanted a maroon shade however they ended up doing a cranberry color so it still wasn’t even the right shade. Kim did my nails, and I now have sore fingers and a cut on one of my fingers from where she was fighting on my skin. I told her before we started my manicure multiple times that I wanted a Matt top coat and she still failed to do so. My manicure is also only mediocre at best, it is patchy, especially around the edges. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, and I just do not think I will go back.

Fantastic place to go to, the management and crew we’re really nice and welcoming. The whole time I was there I was treated so kindly, The atmosphere was Great!! I would definitely recommend coming here 10/10!!

I’ve been coming here for a little bit over two years, I love the treatment I always receive, but today was probably one of my best experiences. Anna did a great job on my nails, she introduced me to SNS Acrylic nails PLUS, she mixed two colours☺️☺️… I’m So happy. I hope next time I go there, she’ll still be there. Looking forward to my next nail appointment for something exciting again Thank you so much

I’ve come here before for pedicures and it’s usually an okay experience, but i decided to go ahead and get my fill in here. Bad idea:( i really wanted to like it but the girl who did my nails was rushing which I did not like, she did not spend a lot of time filing and shaping the nails leaving them to look bulky and she applied the gel polish in a quick and messy manner. she also would make me take the nails out of the UV light in a few seconds, when i mentioned to her they weren’t dry she said the top coat was left . She did my eyebrows nice though. I won’t be coming back :-(.

I have been coming to this salon for several years, but they recently changed ownership. I was very impressed with their new service. The owner, Vincent is very involved in everything. He did my pedicure and I think the foot massage was my favorite part of today’s visit. Everything was excellent but he took extra time and it didn’t feel rushed like in many salons. Do not be discouraged by any negative reviews and give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and the customer service is amazing. Vincent and his wife are personable and kind to everyone who comes in. I came in and asked how long the wait would be or if I should come back and they were HONEST (which is unheard of…I usually am told “5minutes” about 45 times). They have an amazing team of technicians and they all seem to get along so well.
