The owners Trish & Ben are truly the nicest people in this industry. My gel mani lasts 3-weeks with any of their professionals. It’s the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in this area 25-years. I’ve been to many. Nobody comes close to the service, quality, affordability, and reception. And I can get any tech there and get the same quality service.

My daughter and I had an appointment for 4:30 and we had to wait 10+ Minutes for someone to even come talk to us. I already knew the service was going to be poor because the chairs were full, people were waiting and there wasn’t enough staff. The pedicure was adequate but took and hour and 15 minutes to do our pedicures. Then, the person left us to service someone else to start her pedicure and manicure… Leaving us to wait for a manicure. We picked up and left and put $40 on the front table. The staff seem nice enough but honestly they don’t care. They didn’t care that we had an appointment they didn’t care about giving us good service. They were lucky I paid for our feet. Because quite frankly. They should have got nothing.

Worst service ever. The lady is extremely rude, she practically did 2 min massage for deluxe mani. It was my first time here. I called in and was very clear on cost and what I wanted to do. she quoted $45 on phone and charged me $59. I felt cheated. I am generally a happy customer. but this lady made sure that I leave their salon unhappy. please do your self a favor even if you are getting free service here, please do not go.

The lady on the phone is very rude and really does not care about her customers. When I mentioned that I have a Groupon, she said she will only give me appointment after 4 pm. “No morning appointments for Groupon.” STATE THAT IN YOUR GROUPON DEAL. Well, Groupon or no Groupon, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
