After leaving a review complaining about an order I placed, the company’s owner contacted me directly. He listened to my needs and quickly sent me a replacement piece that’s exactly what I wanted. It’s equal in quality to a piece I purchased from another supplier that cost six times as much. To those of you who’ve complained about Hollywood Lace’s customer service, my experience has been the opposite. The hair-replacement industry as a whole faced huge delays during the COVID disruption. I don’t think you’ll find the level of quality, service and affordability any place else that comes close to my experience with Hollywood Lace.

I got my hair system today & it’s the nicest system and hair cut I have ever had. I have been wearing them for 8 years and have tried many companies but this companies quality is fantastic. I loved working with Carmela to choose my cut. It’s baby soft and thick and the base is good quality. The colour is an exact match to my own hair.
