I’ve been going to Jenny for 6 years. She colors my hair and cuts it perfectly every time. Jenny always takes her time to make sure my hair is exactly the way I want it. All of the girls I worked with downtown would always comment on how good my hair looked. I highly recommend Jenny. She’s kind, she listens to what you want, and she makes it happen! I love her and can’t imagine ever going anywhere else to get my hair colored and cut.❤️. She’s awesome!!!

Worst haircut ever!! I don’t understand the reviews. I went in, she brushed my hair, cut w clippers while talking non-stop on the phone. Never even did the front of my hair, just the back. My hair was a huge mess from her brushing out, then was going to let me leave that way! I said something about it, so she put gel on my long dry hair. Stiff gel that should go on a man’s short cut. My hair is completely uneven. Pretty sure these good reviews are made up. Worse place ever!

Worst haircut of my 2 sons lives. Didn’t listen to anything we asked for. The lady owner, whom wasn’t even there when I spoke to the guy cutting my sons hair, thought she needed to tell the guy how my son wanted his hair cut. She didn’t even know what my son wanted she did what she wanted. Then she proceeds to take my older son and he walks away with side brows that pointed towards his eyes like a vampire. I had her fix that…sorta… the best it could be fixed. Worst experience and worst haircuts.

Extremely rude and bad service from Jenny, the owner. While she was cutting my hair, she kept turning over to talk and laughing very loudly to her employees in her native language. I could tell that her employees did not want to engage in such impolite conversations because they were all busy cutting hair but she kept on going. She was so loud and obnoxious. While I do not understand her language but from her demeanor, I am sure she was making fun of customers.

You immediately started complaining that you had to wait your turn, you made such a stink that I told Jenny I’d wait to go ahead and do you in the middle of my hair service! You NEVER STOPPED gripping for a minute, I’m a veteran hairdresser and I would have sent your HAPPY HAPPY ARSE out the door! You were truly obnoxious sir! As your final Insult to Jenny for accommodating you in the middle of her client’s (me)appointment, you used your wheelchair to slice her expensive mat in half as you yelled your way out the door! Just thought I’d give the other side of the coin! And please stop using your disability as an excuse for you thinking you’re entitled, SHAMEFUL! My father was a Veteran of two wars and also Injured in combat, he’d be disgusted by your antics!

I am a 65-year-old quadriplegic veteran (confined to a wheelchair). On the morning of November 8, I called this business to inquire if they could accommodate a wheelchair client. The Young man who answered the phone, said yes. I also asked him if I needed an appointment. The young man said “no, just come in.” When I rolled in, the owner lady, said she was very busy and I would have to wait. I waited for nearly an hour. When she finally brought me back she pointed at one of her salon chairs and gestured that she wanted me to sit in her salon chair. Calmly and politely, I told her I was unable to transfer. She snatched the salon chair out of the workstation and motioned abruptly for me to roll up in front of the mirror.
