I asked if she cuts mens hair. She said yes all the time. Went there to get a hair cut. My hair was long and over my ears, several months growth. Told her I wanted a close summer haircut, with hair trimmed above ears, thinned out and taper hair on back of head. She didn’t cut more than three minutes and said she was done and charged me $20.00. When I got my wife asked why I hadn’t got a haircut, she couldn’t see where any hair was cut. It’s still over my ears.

I simply told her I wanted two to three inches cut off, I showed her exactly on my back how much hair I wanted cut off more than once. She pulled my hair behind my shoulders and by the time she finished my hair was nearly to the tops of my shoulders. As a teenager I felt gutted but still paid her even though I was devastated by the fact that she cut more than a foot of my hair off. It is the worst hair cutting experience I’ve had in my life and I can see that more people have had the same experience. Love it. Jennifer has always done an amazing job with my hair. She is blantantly honest, which is refreshing. Always helpful when I want to do something different. Friendly with a great sense of humor. The shop is comfortable and clean. A little more expensive than other salons in the area, but completely worth it.

Absolutly the worst hair experience ive ever had. I literally left in tears. My hair was to my waist and i told her i wanted inch cut off colored light brown with blonde chunks. She cut my hair to above my shoulders colored it dark brown and you cant see any blonde in it. I am devastated. Do not go to this place!!

My niece just left with the worst “highlights” on the planet!!!!! Hey we’re orange and didn’t even reach the top of her scalp. She was in tears and the owner said she would fix it for more money. After she charged her $95!!!! She is a sweet girl who doesn’t deserve to be treated that way!!! Im so disappointed for her. DO NOT go there and tell everyone you know not to go!

If i could give no stars i would! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I left in tears and spent 100 dollars to get my hair corrected. OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND USES HARSH CHEMICALS ON HAIR LEAVING IT BRITTLE! Do not want anyone ever having to go through what i just went through! Hopefully they close down before they can ruin anyone else’s hair!
