The person who threads is great. She’s friendly and quick. You don’t need appointment. It’s also like a fitness uniforms store. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years but recently it smells a lot like mildew I got a headache from that. As much as I love her work I won’t go back. It smells horrible!

This was my first time going to this eyebrow bar. Friendly staff, and quick service. There was only 1 other customer getting their eyebrows done. The lady who attended to me took her time in threading my eyebrows. She kept checking that my eyebrows were even and free of any stray hairs. She double checked my lip and chin going over again to ensure for accuracy. I really appreciated that she took her time. The only down side is that she thinned out my eyebrows somewhat, even though I had told her at the beginning that I only wanted a clean up and wanted to keep the same thickness and length. All in all it’s a nice place will go back again after my eyebrows grow back out.

I was a huge supporter of Hollywood eyebrow Threading and I always went to exclusively them, since the first day I found them. I have always been a loyal customer, but I don’t think the lady ever remembered who I was. Not only that but the last time I went the lady practically cut off a huge chunk of my eyebrow. I litterally had to tell her one was bigger than the other and even then, she had accidentally shaved part of my top eyebrow too much! It looked really really bad.. Definitely lost a customer. I’m not going back there anymore.

Your Pursenality
I just started going to this place and I feel the ladies doing the threading do it bit rushed. There’s no detailing. One of my eyelashes was uneven. So, it just depends on who attends to you. I can’t recommend anyone in particular because both times I’ve been there I am not completely happy with either lady, I don’t even know their names because they dont greet you and aren’t too friendly.

I was waiting my turn and the guy ahead of me had his brows done and she did a good job, my turn next and she did 1 brow to show me and I wanted to say are you serious? It was horrible and I tried to show her what I didn’t like but I left disappointed she made it to thin. Will not return.
