Love coming here. There’s never a wait, I’m in and out in less than 10 minutes and my brows always look so good. I used to go to Brow spa 24, but the wait was usually long- luckily Hollywood is so close that it was easy to switch over.

The website says they close at 6:00 I got there at about 5:20 on Sunday and right when I pulled up the girl inside suddenly shut off the lights and came and shut off the open sign and I just think that’s very rude you’re a business your website says till 6:00 and she literally saw me pull up and was getting out of my car to come in when she did that and I find that very unprofessional!!!

Critical: QualityI let my brows grow out for months so I could have nice brows. I went in hoping for some awesome brows and left with ALMOST NO EYEBROWS. When I sat in the seat she didn’t even ask me how thick I wanted them or what shape I wanted, in fact she didn’t even let me look in the mirror until she was done. I have a super thin line and almost no brow hair left. She gave me no time to tell her what I wanted. Before showing me she asked if I had an eyebrow pencil to draw on my brows which I thought was weird. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE EVER EVER AGAIN. Sure she only charged me 6$ but I could tell she knew she messed up.I let my brows grow out for months so I could have nice brows. Typically I love coming here, the owner always does a fantastic job however she’s not been in the last 4 times I’ve came to get a service done.. I’m not one to leave reviews typically but today was a very negative experience . She has hired on new girls & today a pregnant girl did my eyebrows she shaped them horrible and broke the string on my face 8 times she was very rude & acted inconvenienced that’s I even came into the store. When I reached to hold my eyebrow for her she smacked my hand .. not professional at all I’m sad to say I wont be returning .
