After reading the reviews I was kind of skeptical of going here. However, being it was a Sunday and no one else was open I gave them a try. I will have to say I am pretty impressed and love the way my nails came out. The wait was two hours, but they did a wonderful job.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to hollywood spa to give it a try, and i tell you what NEVER AGAIN!!! The lady that did my nails rushed and cut me!!! My nails were long and so pretty and she ruined them, the dipping don’t even go all the way as you can see in these pictures. She also left them thin to were they will break over two days. I walked in and there was no one else there, well I figured out why. Service is poor. In the middle of my pedicure the lady doing my toes stopped and someone different finished them. She had to redo one nail multiple times and the attitude got worse every time she had to redo it because of her own mistake, or bubbles in the polish. I came for the dead skin on my feet and I left still with dead skin on my feet. I will not be coming back

Critical: QualityMy nails were done 3 days ago First off the “matching” toe polish didn’t match the color of my nails. I asked them to soak off the acrylic since my nails were long enough to have them manicured and to apply gel polish. However, the lady did not take all of the acrylic off. She instead filed down what she felt the need to then placed the gel polish on top. I noticed that my polish on my toes and nails were different; which I complained about noticing the difference as I was getting my nails done, but the lady seemed to think otherwise. One of the nails were polished with something black stuck under the polish (picture attached). The very next day, the paint started to chip. It’s been chipping more and more everyday. The first time I went here, my nails were pretty messed up after leaving. I got a full set and the lady didn’t even glue the nail to my nail and it was hanging on by barely anything. I went back the next day where Vincent so kindly fixed them for me and ever since, I refuse to see ANYONE else for my nails! He does a fantastic job and I will always go here for my nail needs!
