Look. I rarely leave reviews, but I am doing this because I think that this is a good establishment but they are doing things that will quickly ruin their reputation. I’ll get straight to the point. There is ONE woman who works here, who CAN NOT THREAD. She messes up your eyebrows and she KNOWS she does because she acts very insecure and always offers to fix anything you don’t like, for free. I’ve seen her mess up many peoples brows and they just sit there looking in the mirror, feeling CONFUSED. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. She’s taken out chunks of my brows before. I know SPECIFICALLY to avoid her, but some days I just want to get threading done. The irony is, sometimes she is the ONLY one in the shop and you have no choice but to go to her. The other problem is.. She is just such a nice person, and I know she’s trying her hardest, so I always tip her.. But goodness. She is TERRIBLE at threading. Please train her more, or at least make sure there is another option available for those of us who don’t want to take the risk of ruining our brows. I’m so irritated every time I look at my brows and see the huge chunk of hair that she took out.

Selina is seriously the best! I love love love my brows! I grew my brows out, when to a threading place in Maplewood mall and I left in tears…. Went to Hollywood brow (terrified) and Selina fixed them (surprisingly) we then slowly grew them out with touch ups and now I don’t go anywhere else! I’ve seen her (only) now for the past year and a half! Won’t go anywhere or to anyone else!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to. This is the best place to go for your eyebrows! They are so knowledgeable and do an excellent job. I was nervous at first, but they made me feel comfortable and the results were amazing as well as the price.

“Are your eyebrows always this thin” no. They are not. They are now. Certain techs are better than others. I’ve have amazing service here but you’ll be running around in circles trying to grow them out in between good threadings and bad threadings. Take your own risk.
