Terrible work by the lady in the hijab went back three times because I was still unsatisfied and she tried tell me it was my fault I went one time and the lady sharda was great with my first experience there and went back this second time tried a different lady and she ended up not taking her time, talking and leaving me on the share no undivided attention to her client definitely feel ripped off and went back there again to have to go back there tomorrow and ask for the service I paid for yesterday. Definitely not recommend if you do go there ask for sharda

Wow I had an amazing service with Tag, she did my eyebrow really good. The shape is amazing, i also did facial there and the facial was unbelievable because my skin is glowing. Really enjoyed going there and felt like it was successful trip for my skin and my eyebrows. I highly recommend Tag. Make sure to ask for Tag, she truly amazing and nice lady

Critical: QualityMy brows are horrible. I went there 2 separate times and my brows were done by different techs. The 1st left on brow thicker than the other. The 2nd did a rush job, did not even out my brows, did not cut the wild hairs or apply anything afterwards. Plus she poorly used a brow pencil to cover the botched job. I could have plucked them myself & done better, but that’s what I paid them for.The lines are not smooth and defined…and all the hair was not removed. My brows are horrible. I went there 2 separate times and my brows were done by different techs. The 1st left on brow thicker than the other. The 2nd did a rush job, did not even out my brows, did not cut the wild hairs or apply anything afterwards. Plus she poorly used a brow pencil to cover the botched job. Customer Service is good not the best needs improvement. When you walk in they don’t greet you they just stare and continue doing what there doing. I came in as first time and since they didn’t greet me i just sat down and waited for my turn when it came to my time the lady said “sign in” it was my first time there so i had to create an account something I could’ve been doing when i was sitting down. Her work was good but prices are overpriced. $30 for a full face!! Ummm i don’t think so. I normally pay $20 and thats with tip included. Here it would’ve been $30 PLUS tip. So I decided to just get $8 eyebrow

I was in a hurry and found this place through my Google Maps, it had been way overdue for me to get my eyebrows done, Gina was able to clean me up and still keep the shape I liked. Cost me the exact same as my regular place so I was happy, liked the touch screen check in and they weren’t busy during the middle of the day which really helped because I was kinda in a rush. Pleased with the results, price and service.

Sharda is the worst person there and should never be allowed to touch people’s faces. She cut me several times on my eyebrows and did a terrible job on them. She was so rough when waxing my upper lip and took off multiple patches of skin. Also, she got a huge amount of wax on in my hair when doing all of this. Use to come here for years but they have gotten worse to the point where I will never return. Sharda is the worst person there and should never be allowed to touch people’s faces. She cut me several times on my eyebrows and did a terrible job on them. She was so rough when waxing my upper lip and took off multiple patches of skin. Also, she got a huge amount of wax on in my hair when doing all of this. So unprofessional and didn’t listen to any of my request to be gentle.

Great customer service. However, I’m not pleased with the way my eyebrows look. They’re uneven at the moment and one of my brows are way thinner than the other. I had to go to another salon to try to get them cleaned up.

I found this threading salon while visiting the area and I had my full face threaded. The lady who attended to me was pleasant. She acknowledged me when I walked in and asked me to sign in through their electronic device. The wait period was not too long and I visited around noon. I will definitely visit again when in the area.
