Let me start by saying that i came to this hair salon to get a cut and a dye on my hair. My cut came out good, but my hair dye just wasn’t it. I had blonde highlights and of course my hair grows fast, my roots were black because of my hair color. I had told “Ana” the lady that’s in the far back the color i wanted. She mixed the paint, did my haircut, blowdried etc.. the front of my hair was the color i wanted but the back wasn’t matching with the front, i thought it was bad. I decided to send her a text the next day because i just didn’t know how to tell her, she called me and asked me what was going on and i told her how i felt about the color on my hair. So this lady caught an attitude on the phone with me, she barely let me speak. She wouldn’t hear me out. She kept saying “i been told you such and such with the hair color”, which i don’t recall. As a hair stylist she is supposed to recommend and give tips especially on her profession, but she was being unprofessional with me as a customer. I was very upset because she made it seem like i was in the wrong, but again this is my hair. Last but not lease, i would always bring my son here to his haircut/shape up. We will take our business elsewhere.

Worst barber shop.i was before someone and they let him go before me.barber didnt anything but the clippers on my son. she just changed clip to a bigger size and cut the top.pulled shape up so far back and his hair was so short from her using the clippers that his hair is just standing up.
