Although friendly, the nails came out sub par. I spent $55 on a full set. Asked for a gold holographic look. Definitely silver, can definitely still see the gel in some places.

I love that they play music hip hop music when you go in there it makes the atmosphere very fun. The only probably I had was them not listening to your request. I informed the lady several times I didn’t want gel and at the end she tried adding gel, and when I told her no she got upset. They do good work, but I would double check the prices on everything and repeat what you want or they may try and add extra things for their gain. Other than that I had a good experience! Best way to keep customers is through honestly and word of mouth, hopefully they can realize that.

By far the rudest and worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done. I asked for a blended French tip, which is what my previous nail tech (she relocated sadly) always referred to the style of nails I would get. When I called and booked the appointment a couple days prior I told them I wanted a full set of powder acrylic blended French tip. At the appointment the girl doing my nails laughed at me and said it was a ombré nail, a couple of times during the appointment I (accidentally) referred to the nails as blended French tip. The technician started to get very mad and explain to me what a standard French nail was and how my previous technician was wrong. I told I didn’t care about the name as long as the end result was the same and apologized. She was clearly upset throughout the appointment, didn’t have me wash my hands once throughout the appointment and was super rushed. I felt so awkward with the technicians behavior by the time I was checking out I was in tears. I’ve never had a nail tech be so defensive and rude in my life!

I’m updating my review because I’m so overwhelmed with how things change every time I come in. I love T as a person she’s awesome does good work when she’s not in a hurry . I’ve brought T so much clientele from friends to family members but for some reason she’s always inconsistent with her prices. When it comes to my friends if they pay cash she gives them a discount. She favors clients over others and I’ve personally seen it. I understand the nail tech makes their own prices but please be consistent. I can pay 65$ for long set and still pay 65$ for a short set that’s the same. I will definitely be taking a break .
