I needed a nail appointment ASAP, and I was able to schedule something day-of here. I went in with a Pinterest photo and hope. I thought the design might be a bit ambitious, but they were able to make it happen! I wish I’d caught my nail tech’s name because she was incredibly receptive, accommodating, and kind. I also got a pedicure, and the gentleman that helped me did a great job. I just referred my friends to this place, and I will definitely be back! (Adding inspo pic and my nails in images)

i thought hollys was great- big salon with lots of nail techs so they get you in and out quick which i loved! i think my gel manicure looks great. they also have lots of different colors of polish to choose from

I originally recommended this place to my family, friends, and coworkers but I will withdraw that recommendation after my recent experience. I got my nails done at Hollys last week. One of my nails fell off today and I went in to get it fixed. When I walked in they told me to sit and wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, another customer came in for a full set and they immediately sat her in a chair. I waited another five minutes and a second customer came in for a pedicure and they sat her down instantly as well for service. This happened a third time (looking back I should’ve said something the first time) and I got up to ask what was going on. I let them know I had been sitting waiting to get ONE nail fixed. The lady rudely said they are very busy, short handed, and to come back another day. The thing is, I would completely understand this. However, when three other customers come in after me and get seated for service instantly is ridiculous. I guess because I would have been spending a lot less than them on my one nail, no one wanted to take me. It is very unfortunate because I live so close to the location and would have been a frequent customer. Side note: my neighbor came here months back and they did a horrible job. She originally advised me NOT to come here last week but I came anyways. Big mistake.

I came for a nail repair, and the young lady did a great job. My only issue is that the ventilation system needs work. The acrylic and acetone smells are way too strong to be in there very long. They are always very busy.
