Natalie was wonderful! She listened to exactly what I was looking for with my nails—even saving my length after I broke one a few days before and wasn’t sure it would be possible. She was super personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. My mom and I were up here on vacation, and I wish I lived closer because she would become my regular nail tech in an instant! Thank you for such a wonderful morning. Next time I’m in Crosslake we will definitely be coming back!!
