Owner is very rude. I have had multiple experiences with her. Some days she’s nice, other times very rude. Different people schedules appointments and when you come to appointment time they states that no appointments where done. The staff are pleasant however the owner should learn matters and treat their customers with respect. They also overcharged for simple styles
