If i could give this place ZERO stars I would. I asked for nice french tip gradient, matte(showed them this exact pic), but they did acrylic pink and white acrylic no gradient , it was bulky bumpy TACKY!! i had to go to another salon 40 miles away to get it fixed for only 10$ (and they also said it was a very bad job!), when at hollywood nails they charged 40$ for their mess. Not Cool Guys!

My nails look amazing and the service was just perfect! My nails were terrible upon entering because of another establishments lack of knowledge in DIP. I was so upset and wanted them off or even fixed if possible. I was apologized to for that experience (at no fault of theirs) and quickly taken care of and made feel beautiful again!!! This salon is under new management!!!The new owner, Charles is AMAZING! I liking having my nails dipped instead of putting chemicals on them. My nails are flawless! I also has a pedicure and I think the gentleman’s name was Jim he is awesome too! I can’t leave out Helen. She’s incrediably sweet and friendly. Check them out you won’t be sorry!!

Critical: QualityI have mixed feelings of the place, went first time and one of the ladies took care of me and did a great job, came back for a small job and didn’t get the lady this time and my nails were completely butchered and so ugly that I was embarrassed of them all day at work the next day not to mention in pain from raw cuticles.
