The only good thing about this place is that they have kid pedicure chairs. My pedicure was a hot mess with polish all in my cuticles. They were very nice but did a terrible job.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDaughter went there to get nails for the PROM. Nails were Very Bad. Polished was done very messy and not at all what my daughter requested. She argued with me tooth and nail and did not want to give me a partial refund. We’re talking $20. She was rude to my 18 year old daughter and didn’t want to own up to her poor quality service. I went with my two cousins to get a pedicure for my birthday and it was definitely an experience. The man doing my cousins nails kept talking about politics saying that “Biden is satanic and a clone”, he did not stop there and continued to make very weird comment’s and made us uncomfortable. The reason I’m giving a one start review is a few days after the pedicure my toe started hurting and now has pus coming out. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I witnessed the lady rinse the tools off with water and put them back I should have been smart and left.

Very professional and friendly. Got my sister-in-law and I in last minute right before my wedding rehearsal. The place I had gone before was so backed up that they couldn’t get us in for our appointment and had to find somewhere else on the fly. They were so polite and got us in as soon as we walked in the door. Almost two weeks later and my nails are still looking great!

A coworker recommend this place to me a while back and after looking at some reviews I decided to try it and took my friend for her birthday. I’ve only had my nails done once before so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. They weren’t very nice. I kept trying to engage my nail person and she knew English but would only respond in short cut off replies. She didn’t focus on her task or me. She kept looking around at the other nail techs and rushed through the job. I thought this was normal since I didn’t have much to compare it to. My nails looked good to me at first but not even a week went by and the color was fading from the edges and one came off. The older lady who did my friends nails was horribly rude to her and charged me $52.00 for her nails ( she thought I hadn’t paid for mine yet for some reason but didn’t even check.) so they had to void it and rerun my card and barely even apologized. They rushed us, didn’t treat us well, and in the end my nails were low quality and my friends nails just looked awful. I don’t know how to post a picture or I would. Her nails were sloppy and had bubbles. She even had nail polish dried to her finger. I will never go back.
