First and last time. I cried when I saw the work she did. To clean up my cuticle she filed the gel off making my nail look thin on the sides. It’s a shame that workers think this is acceptable. Who in their right mind thinks this is ok? I sat in my car and was about to leave but I couldn’t. She wanted to take off the gel with a drill and I freaked! I’m a licensed in cosmetologist and that is unacceptable PERIOD!

I recently moved to the area and Holly Nails is in walking distance from my house. I decided to try it out and they’re fantastic! So far I’ve gone for a full set of acrylics, a fill, and a spa pedicure and I’ve been happy with everything. My nails have never been done this cleanly, and after 3 weeks I barely had any lifting on any of my nails. They take the time to do everything carefully and with attention to detail, and they even remembered me on my second visit. Will be a returning customer

Holly Nails is not a fancy nail salon but if you want great manicures/pedicures for seriously cheap then come here. I would recommend seeing Joann. She’s the best at gel manicure designs. Her work is super cute and she’s actually nice to you.

I came here from out of town and found Holly Nails because the Airbnb I am staying out is literally, 250 ft from door to door. I was super impressed at the attention to detail and how patient and kind they were. I wish I lived here because the prices were so low, I was shocked! I got a mani/pedi and was given ombre finger nails even on my short, natural nails and they look amazing. This place isn’t fancy and beautiful, so, if that is important to you, then this may not be the place to go. However, if a clean facility with people who are fast, efficient and great at what they do, then come get your nails done here! You won’t be disappointed and I felt so pretty when I left.

I honestly used to love this place. Despite that they use a foot spa instead of a spa chair for pedicures. They do a really good job making your toes cute and a few of them do a really good job on a fill or full set. I have gotten my eyebrows done a couple of times by Vee and she has done a good job. Today, they got too busy at once and a random older woman (with horrible eyebrows, I shoould have known) tried her best to do my waxing. I let her do it because why would Vee send me with someone incompetent? Well, she did. First I noticed my lip waxing was HORRIBLE, she left a little like of hair around my lips. Looked like hairy lip liner. Okay. Easy fix. I guess. But then, driving home I started whipping off the eyeliner she poorly drew on and my eyebrows are blotchy, short, stubby and there isn’t even a clean wax line. It looks like I gave my eye brows a buzz cut. It is honestly the worst eyebrow job I have ever seen on any person. I don’t draw in my eyebrows so I am really upset. Then, going back to get a refund Vee makes me comfront the lady who tells me she did a “clean up” she gave my eyebrows a HAIR CUT not a waxing. They didn’t even apologize or take ownership for ruining my eyebrows and that is why I will not go back. 8-10 weeks of damage because they can’t manage a rush of customers. Beware of waxing here. Don’t do it.

Although the service was fast and the staff seemed nice the place itself was dirty. It does not take that much effort to sweep and clean your mirrors/ windows and wipe down everything. Especially with 5-6 workers just sitting around. Very disappointed
