I’ve been doing business with them for almost seven years.Previously, they were at the Happy Nails down the street by the old Whole Foods down on PCH. Now they moved into this new location and with a new store, and I just find it awesome.The ownership and management make sure that you’re taken care of there. They actually show that they care and they watch over their customers and the technicians, with that same charm that anybody would like when they come in to deal with a business.I believe that there’s a lot of businesses that can learn a lot from their management style, and how they take the lead in making sure that everything is always done in the best quality. And they listen to both the compliments, and the advice accordingly.As a middle-aged man who happens to find it not always easy to walk into a salon, the only guy there with nothing but women, still at the same time they make it easy for me to feel comfortable in there.They have the best quality chairs that massage. The technicians always take their time and do a great job.I’ve got used to almost all their packages. If I end up being in a hurry and I need to be out of there quickly, I make myself and my timing clear and they facilitate that. And I’ve got the time for the full package when they do that, always delivering great service no matter what.Once again, as I stated I’ve been doing business with them for almost seven years and I’ll continue to use their services in the future. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueShady billing. Beware. Came in for a pedicure and picked exactly what I wanted off their menu. Lady came up and began massaging me, not advising of charge or anything. They turned around and charged me an extra $40 for it. So Shady and pedicure was just ok at best. Would not come back.
