Critical: ValueWent in for a back n foot massage. I live in Hollister and I try to support every small business during these times. The Massage was maybe a 4 out of 10. Seems like they didn’t massage me and just rubbed massage lotion and used their finger tips for pressure, when I asked for a deep tissue message in the beginning of my service. I really want to love this place but it just doesn’t quite compare to other similar shops. Very clean, very friendly staff (maybe a husband and wife?) I have only met the female and the male. They are never busy so that is nice. However, I have went 3 times in the last 2 months and each time I have been just slightly disappointed. I kept thinking maybe it was an off day type of thing but I dont think so. The guy who gave me all three massages was very light with the pressure (kind of like when you ask your kid to rub your back and they just rub lightly lol) but my biggest issue is he was on his phone all three times. So you get a one handed massage while he keeps stopping and starting. Not relaxing at all, I just grew more angry at why I keep coming here. I would much rather take the extra few miles to gilroy for a decent massage.

Worst massage ever, don’t go. Rude service also.it is a joke. I left the salon middle of massage. I said that is it. She still wanted to charge full price, I refuse to pay. Guess what also she wanted tip for horrible service. I said TIP for what? Then she kicked me out.

I was in a lot of pain & they got me in immediately. The massage relieved my back pain for about 4 hours. Biggest down fall is inability to communicate very well because masseuse didn’t speak any English.
