Critical: ProfessionalismAs we entered, an employee declared loudly, “I hate when people come in here when all I want to do is leave. Like go home!” We had arrived an hour and a half before their closing time, and were 2 of the 7 people in their shop. The reviews of this place are an accurate pretrial of the unprofessionalism. 10/10 would not recommend.

The piercer wasn’t even there and the tattoo artist tried selling me a kit so I could pierce my own nose. Then I made an appointment for a tattoo, only the guy didn’t show up at all. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo unprofessional and disrespectful. Came in for a small tattoo and was demanded of my ID by a 10-year old boy. Literally a little boy and girl running the front of the store. When asking for an adult he said I had to give it to the little boy if I wanted the tattoo. Which wasn’t a problem but I have my share of tattoos and I’ve never seen a child work in a tattoo shop. I had A bad experience with the piercer that’s got long hair on the top and shaved on the bottom (he was rude and sucked a little) but the owner is f***ing amazing!!!!! I loved the owner he took care of the problem he was very professional and polite and he is an amazing piercer!!!!! ❤️
