Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I went in to get my nails done they had me waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes just sitting there. They glued on my nails tip and filed my nails and had me waiting another 1 hour and 30 minutes, While they did other clients . I asked for coffin and got square, they overcharged me , I got white squares for $65.00 . When I went in to get my nails done they had me waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes just sitting there. They glued on my nails tip and filed my nails and had me waiting another 1 hour and 30 minutes, While they did other clients . I found my nail shop!! Originally gave five stars until I went back for a fill. I was definitely overcharged. $45.00 for a fill no design, nothing extra. I did have a couple nails that broke, but unless they are 10$ each that’s still ridiculous. When I went the first time I paid 45.00 for a full set and eyebrows. Not sure what happened this time. But I will find a new shop. Not because I can’t afford it, but because no one wants to be overcharged.

WILL NOT be going back there. Substandard service and materials. Instruments used for multiple customers without sterilization. The 2 people there were arguing in their native language. I obviously couldn’t understand them, but I do understand tones and volume as well as body language.

This place is terrible! Just terrible I waited so long asked them if I would be able to be out before an certain time and they said yes. I ended up waiting even longer with one nail off. I asked again if I be out and I have only 10 mins left. I understand if you are busy but don’t have the gumption to tell me you will finish it on time. I would give it a zero but it didn’t give me the option. Save your money and go somewhere else. I came from Phoenix so they lost a customer.

In town for Judge Price’s funeral. Lina did a fabulous job giving me a new set. The owner did my daughters pedicure and he did an ok job. Kind of rough and not very nice. I would definitely have Lina do my nails again. She is talented. And, ask for the owner if you like it tough. Lol.

So 3 days after having my nails done my middle finger breaks from the cheap tips and being so close to the edge of my nail….. the tip has completely broken off. Showed up 30 minuets before closed and i was still able to grt my nails done. Not a bad price to get 2 sets of nails done. Will for sure recommend.
