Went here and the service received by the front desk staff and atmosphere was amazing. The lady at the front was very welcoming, attentive and professional. The sauna, scrub and steam room experience was great. However, the massage was mediocre the majority of the time I was massaged with a rough towel no skin to skin with a lubricant. The massage therapist put no effort did not hit the spots well and kept using her elbows when I asked not to because it was painful I was left disappointed. I went there before and received great service before. On top of that she requested a larger tip. I will not be returning.

I went for the first time and it was such an excellent experience. I left there so elevated and relaxed. I had the The Tropical Rain Vichy Organic Treatment and I will do it again. I had been having hard water hair problems and after their wash, my hair was back to how I remember and it smelled amazing. My skin was so soft and I felt so clean. Love, loved it!

I wish Google would allow us to give 10 stars because they deserve it and more. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and attended to. The front desk lady is so nice; she explains everything so well and may I say a multi-tasking queen! The masseuses were both diligent to our needs and friendly. It was our first time getting a massage but they made small talk at times they really put us at ease and they work hard!!! They deserve every business they get and I recommend them to the fullest! Bringing my family back here and will spread the word about them. It’s worth making a trip from Hartford to Boston for them

Did the couples massage everyone was friendly and the facility was extremely clean. We had the Steam,then scrub down/rinse then sauna followed by massage.I booked based on recommendations from two family members who enjoyed the services on separate occasions. The back walking was excellent really worked out some knots.

It was the worst spa and body scrubs I ever had! No one there has even the attitude of a spa professional! I felt they were torturing me! The lady who was scrubbing my body, she didn’t understood English, so many times I told her the water was too hot! She had absolutely no idea how to shampoo my hair or how to use cucumber masks!

Went with my mom for the Tropical Rain Vichy organic treatment. The staff was amazing – welcoming, professional, and caring. They make you feel like you’re the only client in the building. I truly wish this place wasn’t so far from home because I definitely want to go back.

I was blown away a how great this place was , from beginning to end. The massage therapist were excellent. I was very happy about the whole experience it was a first for me getting a bath then getting scrubbed down & then heading to get my massage. Place is very clean & staff was really nice & very helpful & i will def. be coming back again.
