Critical: Professionalism, QualityBought my membership on 9/18/20. Went in for an infusion on 10/16/20. Barbara informed me as I was leaving that I owed $59.99. I told her I’m a club member. She irritably responded that my “benefit” wouldn’t be available until Sunday the 18th (if I’m not mistaken they’re closed on Sunday). When I was a member of Vida Flo (I thought this was the same company but with a new name) I went for infusions once a month and never had any issues about what day of the month it was. Barbara was extremely rude to me so I told her to just cancel my membership. She hatefully said I would then owe full price for my last treatment and today’s infusion. Somehow she calculated that to be close to $300. So, Holistic Hydration got about $300 out of me but that will be the last penny I spend there. Buyer beware. The guy who used to run the place and was extremely friendly and helpful isn’t there anymore. Barbara is on guard and obviously doesn’t want your business.Bought my membership on 9/18/20. Bought my membership on 9/18/20. Went in for an infusion on 10/16/20. Barbara informed me as I was leaving that I owed $59.99. I told her I’m a club member. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAmazing self-care. Even just a saline bag will turn you into a brand new woman. The owner is totally dedicated to making it a spa rather than a clinic – yesterday he quietly noticed I was carrying a jacket and decided to bring me a plush blanket – could have told someone else to, but that’s not his style (FYI – you’ll want a jacket because the fluids chill you). They have recliners and tvs, or they’ll dim the lights if you want to sit serenely – or if you have a migraine or are hungover. You can treat both of those with zofran and toradol right in the bag – or any number of vitamins and minerals. I get hooked up to oxygen, too, and it is heaven. The nurses are so respectful and REALLY good at placing IVs – practically painless. It’s beautiful, soothing, and – critically – very clean. Amazing self-care. Even just a saline bag will turn you into a brand new woman. The owner is totally dedicated to making it a spa rather than a clinic – yesterday he quietly noticed I was carrying a jacket and decided to bring me a plush blanket – could have told someone else to, but that’s not his style (FYI – you’ll want a jacket because the fluids chill you).
