Critical: QualityAfter avoiding a massage for many months after Covid and being desperate for one, I decided to try out Holistic Harmony since it’s close to my home and has good reviews. I give this place one star for a nice atmosphere but the massage was a total waste of money. I have so much tension in my shoulders. I booked a deep tissue massage and got a Swedish-like massage on my back which did nothing. The therapist never asked if the pressure was correct or if I feeling ok. The therapist asked if I had any jaw issues and I said maybe some jaw clenching. So then as soon as I turned over on my back the last 30 minutes of my massage was her lightly massaging my jaw with only one hand, I’m assuming the other was on her her phone since she was waiting on buzzing another client inside, which she did during my session.
