30-90 minute relaxation, deep tissue, or combination therapeutic massage customized to your personal requests and needs.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Therapy incorporates deep penetrating heat from specialized stones during the massage to warm and relax points of the body.		From $110.00
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage focuses on the unique needs of expecting women.		From $90.00
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage uses long, soothing strokes with lighter pressure. The primary focus of these sessions is relaxation and stress relief, with less focus working on “knots” and pain trigger points and promotes a general sense of well-being.		From $90.00

Deep Tissue Massage uses deeper pressure and more targeted massage techniques, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive and resisted movement and stretches, to reach the deeper tissue layers of the body. The primary focus is to relieve areas of chronic stress and pain		From $90.00
Combination Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage
Combination Massage is the most frequently booked bodywork session. It incorporates both relaxation & therapeutic massage techniques, giving clients the best of both worlds and a fully holistic approach to their appointment.		From $90.00

Cupping uses suction cups on areas of discomfort and dysfunction, creating negative pressure, to decompress and lift the skin and soft tissue, aka, fascia, allowing for increased blood flow and nutrient exchange, to reduce discomfort, release adhesions and promote healing. 2 areas or more, add $25. I can not say enough about this establishment and Mona as a massage therapist. I have been seeing Mona for about 15 years now and I have followed her where ever she has moved to. She is very attentive to you and what is needed and always makes sure she has done a great job for you and if not she would fix it right then and there. I came in for a 60 minute prenatal massage with Mona. I was 39 weeks pregnant and feeling so miserable at this point in my pregnancy. I came in just hoping to relieve some pregnancy pains, but Mona gave me the most incredible massage. She left me feeling restored, relaxed, free from pain, and like a human again. I absolutely needed this to survive the rest of my pregnancy. I cannot recommend Mona enough and cannot wait to see her again postpartum! In addition to the massage, the ambiance of the room was so healing and relaxing… plus the massage table was heated which is a game changer!

Mona worked magic on me! I started seeing Mona when I was 7 or 8 months pregnant and every time I went to see her, she had prepared the room specifically for a prenatal client with such thoughtful accessories. I felt so pampered and spoiled. And on top of that her massage therapy worked wonders on my back pain I was struggling with which is now resolved! Definitely a must see, will be returning post-partum.
