No one does eyelash extensions like Lisa, bar none. I’ve been going to her for 3 1/2 years. My eyelashes have great retention and look amazing – every single day someone says “your eyelashes are beautiful – you’re so lucky to have naturally long lashes”, Ha ha – I WISH! They DO look like they should be mine, natural, long and full – but not artificially overdone. Perfect, no mascara – ever. Lisa also listens when I ask for a change just for fun (purple lashes, or extra long ends) or because I sleep strange, or rub the ends too much. She’s a doll, and funny too! I love chatting with her (if I’m not sleeping – yes it’s THAT relaxing at times) I’m hooked. Nuff said.

I have heard great things about this place so I wanted to get my boyfriend’s mom a gift certificate for Christmas. The website does not provide a way to purchase a gift certificate, you can call and it would be e-mailed. After calling and leaving countless voicemails for 4 days in a row, nobody got back to me. If it was any other place I would have given up, but this is where she gets her eyelashes done. I had to ask my boyfriend to pick one up for me since I live far and still to this day I have not received a phone call back. Based on the reviews and people I know that go there, the technicians do an amazing job but run the business very poorly. It has been frustrating having to call over and over again and not receive a simple call back which takes less than 5 minutes. I hope this feedback allows whoever to reevaluate how they’re running the business as they can lose out on new clientele.
